At Federal Appraisal, Mr. Amarante provides appraisal and appraisal consulting services for complex, non-traditional Real Estate as well as Machinery and Equipment.  Kent's experience encompasses many industries such as power generation, warehouse and distribution, plastics, semi-conductor, chemicals, packaging, hospitality, food processing, and real estate commercial retail.

Kent is a New Jersey State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (SCGREA), the highest designation issued to real estate appraisers in the state of New Jersey, with over four years of appraisal experience.  He is currently pursuing professional designations with the Appraisal Institute for Real Estate and the American Society of Appraisers for Machinery and Technical Specialities.

As a consultant at Appraisal Economics, Mr. Amarante worked on Real Estate and Machinery and Equipment ("M&E") valuation.  He was responsible for the valuation of commercial and industrial real estate properties and M&E for various purposes including litigation support, financial and management reporting, acquisitions, estate tax planning, and purchase price allocation.  These reports encompass many industries such as power utilities, warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, plastics, semiconductor, and real estate commercial retail.

At IDT Corporation, Mr. Amarante?s main responsibility lies with analyzing lines of dialing code to ensure the proper routing of each dialing location.  He was responsible for mapping dialing codes locations in order to take advantage of that locations? lower rate and provide optimal savings for the company.  Kent was also responsible for running different types of reports on a daily basis that shows the status of IDT?s carriers, the daily average buy rate, and other aspects of day-to-day operations of IDT.

Mr. Amarante started in the valuation industry in American Appraisal Associates as an associate appraiser, where he traveled extensively to manage and oversee client engagements that include the valuation of buildings, land improvements, and M&E for insurance purposes.
