The Pomykacz Forward Look is a public opinion survey of leading real estate professionals from around the country and active in specific markets.  The survey is continuously updated via the Internet, so that changes in the direction of the market are immediately identified.  Hardcopies are published quarterly.  However, Federal Appraisal & Consulting LLC provides continuous analysis and commentary of the most recent survey indications at its Web site.

Subscribers receive copies of the quarterly reports.  Additionally subscribers have access to the continuous and ongoing research and analysis available at our web site.		$200
