MATTHEW COLACURTO

Professional background:

Mr. Colacurto specializes in real estate appraisal for various purposes and uses, including legal, accounting, finance, government and ownership/management.  He has experience doing onsite property inspections, data collection and market research for the purpose of preparing appraisals and appraisal reviews of various commercial property types and within various markets, including New York and New Jersey.

Concurrently, Mr. Colacurto is a certified provisional teacher for the New York City Department of Education and instructs teenage youths in all five areas of the GED in preparation for the General Educational Development Exam.
