Christopher Olmsted is a Director and Senior Appraiser with Federal Appraisal, LLC. Mr. Olmsted is a designated MAI with the Appraisal Institute, and is a licensed General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states.

Mr. Olmsted has been a professional appraiser since 2007, and has appraised hundreds of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties and vacant sites, as well as numerous special purpose properties such as power plants, railroads, and telecommunication assets throughout the United States.  Mr. Olmsted has prepared these appraisals for a variety of purposes, including federal income tax planning and reporting purposes, property tax negotiations and litigation support, government and private acquisition and disposition planning, state or local condemnation, land preservation, and gift and estate tax planning.  The reports include USPAP-compliant narrative appraisal and consulting reports and studies.
