Katherine Tantinan is a Manager and Senior Appraiser with Federal Appraisal, LLC. Ms. Tantinan is a designated MAI with the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states.

Ms. Tantinan has been a professional appraiser since 2013 and has appraised hundreds of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties and vacant sites, as well as numerous special-purpose properties such as power plants, railroads, and infrastructure assets throughout the United States.  Ms. Tantinan has prepared these appraisals for a variety of purposes, including property tax negotiations and litigation support, government and private acquisition and disposition planning, state or local condemnation, land preservation, due diligence, and gift and estate tax planning.  The reports include USPAP-compliant narrative appraisals, Yellowbook (UASFLA)-compliant, Uniform Relocation Act (URA)- compliant and consulting reports and studies.
